 Cute, but size is WAY offAug 18, 2010

Overall, this costume is very cute. However, I ordered the 6-12 month size for my son who will be 9 months old come Halloween and it comes very close to fitting my other son who is almost 3 and average weight/height. Disappointed.

Great Costume for our 17 month old.Oct 23, 2010

The costume is perfect if your kid loves George. Lots of people leaving reviews stated it would fit their 2 year old but I don't believe that. Our 17 month old is in the 50th percentile of height and weight and it fits him perfectly. We bought the 6-12 month size so if your kid is 6 months it won't fit. The buttons that snap around the legs and in the back are a bit cheap but for $15 it works. Would definitely purchase again!

I was very pleased with how fast I recieved the package, but upon opening I found that the costume looked way too big. I bought the 1-6 mo old size for my 8 mo old son. It looks more like a 2T. I will let him try it on today and see if it will fit somewhat. I thought about returning it, but just read the seller's return policy - "unopened and unused." So how exactly am I supposed to know if it will fit? I don't think I will be buying from this seller again, unless it has nothing to do with sizes.

Ever seen those plush Teddy Bears where the price is three and four times the true value, because somebody has put a sweatshirt or a hat or a pair of pants on the bear? I purchased this cute little costume to put on an already-owned bear. It is not only cute, it's one of a kind and it didn't cost me an unreasonable sum of money to get a bear with a costume. I have bears in lumberjack costumes, bears in biker's costumes, bears in all kinds of costumes -- but this little Curious George costume is the best one yet.
