I bought this for a St Patrick's day party, and it was a hit! It's pretty much exactly as pictured, but I did have a few complaints. The hat was small, which was fine for me because I have a small head. The neck bow tie was uncomfortably tight (I didn't wear it), and the stockings were so tight I couldn't get them over my knees.
I'm 5'3" and weight 135lbs, and the M/L size dress fit perfectly, although as some have pointed out it can be a bit challenging getting it on over your head/shoulders.
Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and the quality is good for the price.

I was the hit of St. Patrick's Day with this outfit!
My only problem was getting the right size. I am a 6 or 8 and I ordered the small (2-8). I couldn't even get it over my shoulders. I had to send it back ($12 in shipping) and re-order the size large (10-14). I was credited with the cost of the costume, but not for the shipping ($20) and then when the second one came, Canada Customs wanted another $11 in duty. It ended up being a very expensive costume.
My advice, order way bigger than you think because it's easier to alter if it's too big!!!
