Nice witch hat, bought for an accessory for a Halloween costume and it worked great. It was a little small for my head, but the hat is a nice item and well worth the price.

I wore this with my witch costume and it is beautiful! It was a little snug and rode up my head if I didn't pull it down even with the elastic inside fully stretched. The price was great and it was delivered quickly. I shop all the time using Amazon.com first.

The hat was ridiculous! The picture looks raggedy and cute. I am probably going to be bad at describing what it really is like, but I will try. The pieces that hang down over the brim are like a piece of the darker gauzy material was hung over the brim and then every 1.5 inches was cut 3 inches up so it is a very even cut. Not only that, but the material is so dark it is hard to see through. The picture has different length pieces hanging down and they aren't in front of her eyes, but the pieces are very even and hang the whole way around the hat. It makes me feel like I'm wearing a bee keeper kind of hat. The one good thing was that the seller refunded my entire money without me needing to mail it back - now that is service!
